Variegation means colors, and colors need light! But as peace lilies hate to be exposed to direct sunlight for long, you need to find a spot for these beauties where they can bask in bright and indirect light, all day long.
If you can provide them with 2-3 hours of direct, mild morning sun exposure, nothing like it!
Also, no water on the foliage – to prevent water spots. Keep the leaves clean by wiping the surface using a damp cotton cloth with a few drops of milk every month.
