1. Avocado
Botanical Name: Persea americana
Do not throw away Avacado’s seeds! Grow them to have a beautiful houseplant with deep green leaves. Over a period of time, you will be able to enjoy fresh, home-grown avocados.

2. Lemon
Botanical Name: Citrus × limon
Use the lemon seeds after squeezing the juice, and have a beautiful houseplant indoors. Keep the plant on a south-facing window or any spot where it can get plenty of sunlight.

3. Apricot
Botanical Name: Prunus armeniaca
Do not throw away the apricot’s seeds, as you can germinate them easily. Place the pot in an area with six to eight hours of bright indirect light and keep the plant well hydrated.
